Write Articles If you are going to write an Articles, might as well make it the best articles you can write. Here we will discuss some tips on writing quality articles that will generate traffic, and be recognized by search engines.
We accept any Real Estate related articles that fits into one of our categories. When writing your Article remember that you want to attract readers, but also the search engines, otherwise, how are the readers going to get to your writing?
Don't just try to sell your product or service.
Make sure you write an articles that contains substance, and worth reading. Most articles writers forget that you want to the reader to see you as a professional in your field or on the title of the article. When a reader sees you as a professional, they are more likely to follow your links and use your service or products.
Where to write your Real Estate article.
The best thing to do is write your article on a text editor like Notepad. Writing on a word processor, adds too many hidden values and codes that could conflict with our system or worst the search engines. Once you write the Real estate article on a wordpad, then copy and paste onto our submission page.
About the search engines:
You also want to attract the attention
When writing your articles, try to maintain focus on your targeted keyword - this means use the keyword in the title, description, and body. In the body, you will want to use the keyword, or keyword phrase several times, but should not be more than 1% of your words. Focus on having your keyword once in the first 20 words, and once in the last 20 words. The rest of the time just scatter the keyword or phrase through the article's body.
Use a Picture (photo):
Search engines will give you articles a little more ranking if it also includes an image file. The best thing to do is use or find an image that relates to your article. When you name the Image (example :example.jpg) try to use the keywords of your articles. For example if you wrote an articles about "Curb Appeal" name the image "curbappeal.jpg".
Here is an incentive, if your articles is well written, provides quality reading, and is not a duplicate, we will use it as one of our keyword links. What this means is that we will have any other articles with your keyword in the body linked to your articles. This give you even more traffic, generate you more money and present you to readers as the professional Real Estate article writer you are.

take the box that you are offering people to sign up to your newsletter and place it where you have your RSS feed link and you should see an increase of people signing up depending on how much traffic you are getting to this site. if you have it BEFORE the page scroll down and to the right so people see it FIRST when they come to your site, psychologically people will be drawn to it more and offer a FRE report or something of value and your sign ups will soar!!!... just a bit of advice.
